From my first call to Red Carpet until after my car was delivered, I was kept in the loop regarding the exact location of my car and the specific delivery time. Everything went without incident and Tige's customer service is beyond excellent. The cost to ship my car was also less than the original estimate which is always a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend Red Carpet's services for anyone wanting to deal with professionals.
