Mixed bag

I used Red Carpet to book, and to communicate when all else failed ( see below). Bernadette was outstanding. Polite, knowledgeable, responsive. I will try to use her again. The company they selected, PBC Express, was another story. Two and a half days late on the pickup (promises by the half day: first Thursday morning, then Thursday afternoon, then Friday morning, etc, until pickup finally at 3:30 pm Saturday). Worse, in the ten days PBC had my car, they never called me once. Not once. Every call, including the " where are you" on numerous no-shows. Every single call was customer to PBC. By the end, i had to resort to using my wife's cell because PBC recognized my number and wouldn't answer. That's where Bernadette and Red Carpet helped some. They could at least sometimes get information. So, Red Carpet gets high marks for customer handling, but has to share an F with the company they selected to do the job.
