Bernadette from Red Carpet set me up with Exotic Carriers which transported my car from New York to California for $1390. It took 9 days for my car to be picked up, shipped, and delivered. Bernadette and all of the people I spoke with and met were courteous, respectful, honest, and helpful.

When my car was delivered to California there were two symmetrical scratches on the front bumper, due to the way it was loaded on the first truck. Today is Monday and my car was delivered on Thursday and I am still waiting to hear from the person who handles Exotic Carriers' claims.

The service I received from Red Carpet was excellent, but the over-all experience could have been better.
