Bad Transport Experience

I hired Red Carpet Auto Transport to contract another company to transport my 2002 Honda Accord and 2003 Cadillac CTS. I was assigned Ann Marie Mathis as my agent. Overall Ann Marie was pleasant. She attempted and failed to resolve my issues with Orbit Auto Transport (Please see review about Orbit). Ann Marie turned over my file to Brandon Bond (VP of Red Carpet). Brandon was somewhat offensive at times and left it up to me to resolve my issues with Orbit, after I explained to him several times that I trusted Red Carpet to contract a legit/reputable company to transport my two vehicles. I asked Brandon to assist with Orbits Insurance Agency and to assist with obtaining a full refund from Orbit. Brandons position was to remove Orbit as a company that Red Carpet would utilize in the future. Everything else was up to me to handle and no more assistance would be provided by Red Carpet. I asked Brandon to speak to Terry Williams (president of Red Carpet). Brandon informed me that I would not be able to speak to Terry and that he handles these types of issues.

I am very displeased with the way Brandon Bond handled my situation with Orbit Auto Transport after trusting Red Carpet to hire a company to professionally transport my two vehicles. I am seeking a full refund from Red Carpet Auto Transport/Orbit Auto Transport. I hope what happened to me doesn't happen to anyone else. I would still like to speak to Red Carpets president Terry Williams.

Hello Mr. Starks, I am writing concerning the review you submitted regards to your move. Sorry about the complications with the carrier and your vehicles. We strive to provide 5 Star service, when we see that a carrier we use is not up to our level of service we cease to use that company. Red carpet Auto Transport provided you all the information concerning the carrier if you need to proceed with a claim. Hope all goes well with you in the future .
