This is the second time I have used Red Carpet to transport a vehicle. Both times I have been pleased with the service. Transport vehicle was clean and new, and driver was courteous.

Shawn needs to change his phone service provider. The VOIP connection had a periodic and annoying distortion that made his words undecipherable at times.
