Overall, the experience of having my car shipped from one coast to the other was not 100% great. This is the first time that I have done this before, and the stress level may not be everyone. I requested my car to be picked up and gave the broker 2 weeks to find a truck. The first week went by and I heard nothing. Had to call back several times in the last week to find out if my car was going to be taken. That would be my first issue is that I should not have to call to find out the progress of my car. Maybe once, but after that it should be the other way around in my opinion. But, not a problem. The second issue I have is that it should be communicated up front that "smaller" towns will take forever for a driver to accept the job. I was having my car shipped from Sacramento (huge city, not the problem) to a small town in PA (under 1000 people). The reason it took up until the day I had to fly was because of the size of the town. Once I changed the location, a driver was found within 2 hours. That should be communicated to customers based on experience in my opinion.

So, I would probably do it again if needed. But than again, if I had known up front what to expect with possibly not finding a driver until the last minute, it could have been far less stressful. Did I mention I had to drive 2.5 hours to pick my car up after all of this? That was my own decision because I did not want to wait an additional 3-4 days for my car to be delivered to the "second" choice I had to select (my original choice was the town of less than 1000 people).

Shawn was really good in the end, he took half of his commission for the troubles.....
