Honest company with great service

Boy oh Boy did Grant at Red Carpet save my bacon.This review may be long but I hope it's helps someone. I needed to ship my 55 ford sedan from Texas to Arizona. I went on on the internet to get some quotes. I received many offers to ship my car. I thought one was as good as another. Man was I wrong. The first company took my order and said they would put it on central dispatch and a driver would be assigned. I placed my order two weeks before my pick up date to allow enough time. The two weeks went by and nothing so I called them and they didn't even remember the order. So the excuses started, well it's not a popular route and I would have to wait for a driver who might want to take it. Another week goes by and nothing. I am started to get worried because the guy I bought the car from was leaving Texas. I called again and received the same story so I decided to try another company who assured me they would have my car picked up with no issues. They said they had drivers in the area. This company was worse than the other and lied to me. All they wanted was the order. Out of desperation I went back to the internet and looked up the best rated auto shippers. I saw Red Carpet located in Phoenix as highly rated. This may have been the smartest thing I have ever done because the service was outstanding. I called Grant at 9am on Monday June 25th and explained my time issue. Grant was extremely professional and promised he could help. I cancelled the 2nd company and went with Red carpet. That same day around 2pm in the afternoon, Grant called me back and said a driver was assigned and would pick up my car before noon the next day on the 26th. Well guess what, the driver showed up and time and delieved my car on Wednesday June 27th. How's that for service. Free advise, be careful and go with a reputable company like red carpet. .
