I have never shipped a car before and I needed to ship a car from Cincinnati, OH to Wellesley MA. The whole process was confusing but Dennis Carter was my agent and carefully explained how the system worked. I was able to call him at any time for questions and he was readily available. He was in communication with the driver the entire time. The driver was also amazing. He as well kept in touch with me the entire time. The car was supposed to take at least 3 days to be delivered but it only took one day!! Because I was not available to receive the car then...the driver changed his route to me more accommodating to my schedule. They were awesome to work with and I highly recommend them!!!
