If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I had never used a transportation company before, and I was nervous about getting hoodwinked. I did my research and decided to go with Red Carpet Auto Transport. Julie was the representative who took care of me, and I felt like I got the white glove treatment. I contacted her on Sunday, and she got back to me immediately. I spoke to her in person on Monday morning, and she had a carrier lined up for me immediately. The carrier/driver arrived for pick-up on time and was extremely professional. My car was delivered, as promised, on the date it was to arrive, and it was in perfect condition. Julie checked in with me to make sure that everything was going as promised, and I was amazed. Great customer service!! Ten Stars!!!
