This is my 1st ever review and hopefully helps real people who want to transport their vehicles

I had previous bad experience with the auto-transport company(broker who finds you a driver or carrier) an year ago who gave a "a reasonably cheap quote" and took 150$ upfront deposit, before even talking to driver/carrier.I kept calling the company over and over again, went to voice mail, never returned and my transport date was approaching and no email or call whether my car will be picked or not. I received a call from another company saying that my car is listed in "dispatch" waiting to be accepted, sure enough no one willing to accept that cheap quote i was given by the first company. Finally, I had to go with this second company in last minute, after I made sure that I received a phone call from driver who was willing to take my car on agreed upon time, of course 200$ more than1st company, but I got job done on-time and saved my last minute agony.
The first company would never give my deposit back nor answer my calls, finally i had to call my bank to cancel this illegal transaction.
Lessons I learned
1.Do not accept "cheapest"quotes out there, which are seem unreasonably low compared to other quotes, since they are cheaters
2.Do not pay upfront "deposit" fee
3.Talk to the driver before you release the payment for the "broker"
4.Last but not least only go with the companies who have 5 star reviews on Trasnportreviews.com or other similar companies

Now, my experience with Dennis carter at Red carpet Auto
This Guy,is single person company out of Phoenix Arizona, who operates out of home office. Very nice to talk to, always accessible, will return calls immediately if left on voice mail.Gave me quote for 850$ for 2005 Honda Civic from Midland, Tx to Indianapolis, IN on May, 24,12 for vehicle to be moved anytime between June4 to June8th. He took my credit card details to authorize me to hold for 225$ (his broker fee) but did not charge me upfront. Initially I was hesitant, but he told me like its like a rental car companies ask you to do.Sent me complete invoice via email. He said you probably wont hear from me until very close to the time of my move date. Finally, he called on June 2nd saying that he found a driver to pick up my vehicle on June 4th at but for another 45$ extra.I accepted as it was not unreasonably higher than my original quote. Driver called me an hour ahead and came on time on June 4th at 2PM, checked my vehicle, noted down scratches or bumps, safely delivered my vehicle in Indy on June, 6th at 6PM. Received payment of 650$ upon delivery and my credit card then reflected 225$ payment from red-carpet company after I received a call from Dennis asking if everything went well.

In short, everything was very smooth, on agreed upon times and my satisfaction level is enough to give Dennis excellent/5-star review. He is very honest, reliable, accessible guy who will not give false promises or tries to up-sell his company. I would recommend him for my family and friends and would surely give him a call for my future auto transport needs.
