Dennis was professional for the most part but nothing but dead ends. Dennis called me to follow up on a quote request I made online. He was very professional and I ended up calling him back a few days later to schedule a pickup. I placed the order on Monday, April 2nd at the quoted price of $825. It's now April 12th & I'm in the exact same boat as I was in the beginning of the month. I called Dennis a few days after I placed the order to get an update he said he was working on it still & will keep me updated. Week #1 went by & I called him on day 10 and ask him what was going on. He said he was still working on it, not a lot of trucks in Florida, just the run around. I end up getting another call from him the following day saying he found a truck but it will be another $200+ dollars. So it took him over 10+ days to figure this out & tell me this. I'm extremely disappointed in red carpet auto transport. I have the dealership calling me asking when I'm gonna get the car at now I have no transportation arranged. He bid the job too low, didn't bother to contact me until I started putting heat on him about it then calls me the next day saying he has a truck and it will be over $200+ more. What a huge waste of time, if the job ends up costing me more money then so be it but I'm certainly not going to do business with someone that can't do there job correctly. I hired him to take care of it, poor contact on updates with me until I start complaining then calls a day later wanting more money.

If you want your car not to get picked up for almost 2 weeks, then towards the end of the 2 weeks have them ask for a 30% price increase then Red Carpet is for you. Even though Dennis was professional on the phone it was nothing but the run around & clearly is not very good at his job. I will never be using or recommend Red Carpet to anyone.

Dustin, I am sorry that things did not work out for you with myself and my company. I was working everyday to try to get your car picked up. When your car was posted at the original quote, that was the going rate for cars coming out of Florida, and I tried to keep you updated on the progress. When I final found a carrier for you and you did not like the increase, I offered to pay a large amount with my broker fee, and you declined to except the offer. I do apologize again for not being able to get your car to you and I wish you the best of luck. Dennis Carter
