This was the perfect transaction. I had gotten a number of e-mail quotes to ship my 63 Ford. Theirs was one of the lowest. The clincher was their website and their "story" which gave me a lot of confidence. Not having shipped with a broker before, I was skeptical about the whole thing. In fact , they assigned me to a counseler who was pleasant, knowledable and always available when I called. Eerything was done by phone and e-mail. The paperwork was easy. Within a couple of days of my acceptance, they called with a pickup and dleivery date. I noticed that the contract provided that the quote could be changed by the driver upon pickup so I was still a little skeptical but there was no problem. The driver called and was able to pick up the day before I was promised and I was happy. Unlike others they don't ask for a deposit until the car is picked up. I gave them my credit card over the phone after the car left. The car arrived in Deland, FL the night before promised and while a little dirty as expected, there were no hassels and no damage. I would highly recommend these people and will use them again.
