After reading lots of online reviews about all of the horror stories people have gone through with transporting vehicles around the country, I was nervous to call anyone to move my daughters brand new vehicle. Then I read some very favorable reviews about Red Carpet Auto Transport. I dealt with Bernadette Flavell, and from word one, she was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. I explained that this was a brand new Mercedes for my daughter who was starting a new career in a new state, and Bernadette handled every step of this move for us in the most caring, and professional manner.The whole process was explained to me from start to finish and my worries and concerns were put to rest. She was in contact with me either through email or phone calls regularly in the days leading up to the pick up of the vehicle going from New York to Texas. She even made sure that I call her right as the vehicle was picked up. To say that she was making me feel secure about this whole process would be an understatement. The vehicle arrived safe and sound, and only half a day later than the driver had originally estimated due to a minor truck repair that was necessary along the way. Not a big deal at all. bottom line, my daughter's car is fine, she is thrilled to be driving, and I am so happy I called Red Carpet Auto Transport and had a superb experience with Bernadette Flavell. A company's best asset isn't its net worth, or a brand name, or any equipment it owns, it is people, and if more companies had people like Bernadette working for them, the business world would be a better place. I would use Red Carpet again for sure without any hesitation whatsoever. Thank you again Bernadette, you are a gem !!!
