John was a great help from the moment we started talking over the phone about shipping my Ford F-150 cross-country. Any questions I had, John answered promptly and honestly. He didn't beat around the bush and told me what he thought was best for me regarding my move. I gave him flexible dates as to when I wanted my truck picked up and he had it picked up precisely on the day I needed.

The driver of the truck was SIX DAYS early - I was still in LA when I got a call that the driver was already in Boston. While I was trying to arrange my furniture being moved out and determine how I planned to get my truck picked up, John was nice enough to call the trucking company and ask them to wait for me while I was getting off the plane the next day. Everything went amazingly smooth and I was able to drive my truck home right after landing in Boston. No damages were made to my truck (other than some dirt brought on from the trip) and I couldn't be happier.

I'd certainly recommend John again to anyone for future moves near or far.
