Red Carpet Auto Transport was an excellent choice for my coast to coast move and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving their vehicle. My rep. was Ms. Cheryl Phiffer who was very friendly, outgoing, and gave me the peace of mind that everything was going to be alright with moving my baby from Connecticut to California. I contacted many other auto transport brokers but none of them gave me the “warm fuzzy” feeling that Ms. Phiffer was able to give me. During my vehicle move I was separating from the Navy and was under a lot of stress of closing my military career and moving back to California but Ms. Phiffer reassured me that my baby would safely get to California in a timely manner and she would be in contact with the carrier at all times. She followed through in every way that she said and even over delivered. As a matter of fact she even called me when my truck was being picked up by the carrier. Customer Service like that is hard to come by and should be appreciated by all parties. My truck even got to California 2 days ahead of schedule which was a surprise. Like I have already mentioned I would highly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and Ms. Cheryl Phiffer to anyone looking for a stress free, easy, and quality move. “Red Carpet Auto transport” It was all in the name for me.
