The experience was positive all the way around. The communication was very good at all levels including the driver involved. Everyone was pleasant to deal with - no attitudes. The brokerage got a first driver whose truck broke down, but quickly found a replacement and this second driver was very easy to work with and a great communicator. I would definitely use this carrier again.
