From the first time I spoke to Summer, she was polite, courteous and very understanding to my dilemma. She listened to me pour my heart out as I had a bad experience with a previous carrier who did not show at all to pick up my car.

She stated she would try to help me. I spoke with Summer on a Thurs. afternoon and told her my car needed to be picked up no later than the following Mon. as I was leaving early Tues. a.m. for Florida. That same evening in no time flat she called me back to say she had a carrier who would contact mewhich they did. My car was picked up the next day and delivered on the following Wed.

Summer Cooper worked all hrs. of the evening, even as late as 9:00 p.m. (she would call with an update) and she even called me on a Sat. morning. She would check to make sure I was contacted by the carrier and that my car was picked up and delivered. I told my son and all my friends and family what she had done.

I am more than satisfied with the way she handled herself. Summer Cooper went above and beyond the call of duty. It was a pleasure doing business with her. I was so impressed with Summer that I told her when it was time to have my car transported back home to NY, I definitely would do business with her again and recommend her to anyone who needs their car transported. Summer is an employee you should be very proud of.
