Never Again and then some

I have made numerous calls to Alice in hopes of having a vehicle shipped from Missouri to Seattle, WA and have been put off by her now for about 2 weeks. I understood the hold up around the Thanksgiving holidays; I understood that a driver was overweight and could not get the car; the continuous delay I am getting now, however, I DO NOT understand!. This car was available for pick up on November 14. To-date, nothing has been arranged. I have been told that she will call me back the next day and the next day comes and goes. If your company is unable to move my vehicle then can’t you tell me that? I am a repeat customer – but unfortunately this time around I am quite disappointed and, in all honesty, will never use or recommend your company again.

Letter I worte that recieved a response saying they were working on it and would contact us. They never did. Finally when I called again on December 21 they told me they were just having a really hard time and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. How terrible! Over a month later. They were very nice on the phone so don't be fooled by that because they cannot hold up their end of the deal. My brother is sick in the hospital which is why I didn't call any other companies. So on top of dealing with that I now a few days before christmas have to deal with this. I really counted on this company to come through. They are not reliable. Very Very Disappointed. I also sent in a complaint with the BBB in hopes that someone is made aware of this "ball drop".

Alice Perry- Red Carpet Auto Transport- 602-438-4644 Bernice, Although your review was placed under your daughters name, I would like to address my response directly to you, because you have been my primary contact, and subsequently the one most involved. Socrates said, -An apology without sincerity is - merely a bag of words.- I would like to offer my sincere apology to you for any stress that this transport may have caused you. Unfortunately, after the first carrier that was dispatched to move your vehicle was unable to, several different factors came up that made your route a challenge. Even though some of these variables were beyond anyones control, I take full responsibility and wish you the very best in the future in all that you do. – Alice
