This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I was nervous. John Alguire guided me through the entire process from start to finish. He truly put me at ease and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He personally answered all my calls and was very honest and up front. My vehicle was picked up within 24 hours from a remote area in Montana and delivered in 2 1/2 days in central Ohio(1600 Miles). The driver was all business(which I appreciate!) when he arrived and unloaded my vehicle in the middle of a very cold rain storm. I will not hesitate to recommend John & Red Carpet Transport to anyone. Good customer service is tough to come by these days, however Red Carpet Transport receives a five star rating! I have nothing but the highest regard for John & Red Carpet Transport!! Keep up the fantastic work and thank you again!
