I was referred to Red Carpet by a friend to move my car from the west coast to the east coast. Alice Perry was my point of contact. She was very informative and friendly. She returned my initial call promptly and answered all of my questions . A few days later, when I knew our moving dates, I was able to call back and setup the car transport right away. Alice was great. Close to pickup, the truck driver called and asked if I would like him to come a few days early. Unfortunately, I was not ready and called to ask Alice if there was going to be any problem. She said no, we were all set for the original date. Alice called the dispatch company and a lady called to confirm the pickup date was still the same and ensure I was satisfied. The response I received to this simple question was prompt and made me feel well taken care of. I had a friend on each end available for pickup and delivery (I was traveling)and there were no problems. We are in the military and will be moving again at some time. I would use Red Carpet again and refer to a friend.
