I was initially worried about shipping my car across the country. I found myself in a situation where I needed it sooner than I thought I would and was rushed to get the shipping process started. Red Carpet Auto transport got my car shipped safely and quickly. I was briefed on the transport process and my worries melted away. They found a courier that picked my car up from a rural town in Northern California and delivered it to within 100 yards of my doorstep in Virginia 10 days later. I hardly hard to do any work except a few phone calls and never felt the need to doubt my car's safe arrival. My customer service rep was helpful and showed genuine concern for my car. They kept in contact with me while I negotiated pick-up and drop-off times with the courier. One thing that set this experience apart was a follow up call to me even after the company received confirmation of my car's delivery from the courier. I also received regular updates and all my questions were answered immediately and thoroughly. My car arrived in good condition. The courier that Red Carpet contracted was polite and quick about handing over the car. Next time I find myself moving further than I would like to drive, I will count on Red Carpet Auto Transport to get the job done for me. Excellent and easy!
