I contacted an agent and he was nice enough and did my order and notified me of a pick up date. That was the only time I talked to him. He never called back to check to see if my order was done right or if the car was delivered on time. There is some problems with the driver. I think I ordered door-to-door service, but the driver seems to think otherwise. However, since I agreed only to do this review for the agent, I will not talked about it here. Overall, I think the service was average. They did what they promised to do and that is finding someone to ship your car.
