The car was picked up in Texas, and it was driven away and loaded at a site away from our house. I would have preferred to witness the loading process to see if care was taken. A specific day was requested for car drop off in Washington. The car arrived 2 days after the requested date. The driver picked me up and we had to drive 20 min away to find a site suitable for unloading. He was nice, and the car was not damaged.
