Heather was very knowledgeable and patient. Explained the whole process to me and helped me feel more at ease. Heather was easy to reach via email and phone! A huge plus from what I could tell from other reviews of different companies. As a first time shipper I had a lot of questions and more concerns but after reading the other reviews and speaking with her I felt better. The quote was right in line with most others and because I am protective of my car I didn't really shop around for anything cheaper.

I left the car with a friend in FL and was told the driver picked up the car on time and at the house-great start! The day before he arrived in Oak Harbor the driver tried to reach me to let me know. After returning his call for the 2nd time the next morning he was rude and offensive. I was told he was 40 miles out and would be there soon- 5 hrs later I called Heather and she made some more phone calls for me (She did tell me that this common and drivers could get hung up on other jobs. I didn't really care about the time-just that I was sitting around waiting and not knowing what was going on and after the driver gave me grief about missing his 1st phone call). About 1 hr later the driver called and said he was in a parking lot waiting. After meeting him his attitude calmed down a bit after a crack he made and I told him he was acting like a "jerk". I am not really complaining though- the driver got my car here in a VERY decent time, did maintain contact, and I had NO issues with the car. I can handle a few comments.

Overall, the car wasn't much dirtier than when I left it. No chips or scratches and nothing was stolen (although I didn't leave anything in it). I would definitely use Red Carpet again and the driver too!!
