This was my first time shipping a vehicle through this type of service. So, I was worried, you always hear those horror stories of vehicles being damaged, items stolen, etc. Upon my contact with Tonya Fox, I informed her of my thoughts and concerns. Tonya was up front, personable, knowledgeable, and takes care of business in a most professional manner.

Tonya knowing her business, provided me the comfort in knowing that this service provided by Red Carpet, can be counted on and that they are comitted to fullfilling their obligations. I requested certain details as to how I wanted our auto to be shipped; on top, not in front or rear, etc (it's a convertable). Within a matter of 3-4 hours, Tonya had someone accepting the transfer order from California to Illinois. I was amazed as to the promtness.

They contracted out to Anthony's Auto Transport and as Tonya had mentioend, they only use the most professional drivers and company's. Our auto was picked up on Monday night in San Diego and arrived in Illinois Friday evening. Completed the inspection after the driver removed the vehicle from the carrier (very professional); no damage of any kind (a little dust, expected).

Red Carpet provided excellent service from start to finish. I would recommend Tonya and Red Carpet to my friends, family, and anyone else whom may ask. Tonya, thank you so much for your time, patience, and helping me get our convertable home safe. Have a great year!
