I have never shipped a vehicle. I was over-whelmed by all the solicitations I received, both phone and emails. I was over-whelmed with the many REVIEWS I read about some nightmare-situations, from the many transport companies I re-searched.
I went with RED CARPET b/c they are based here in Phoenix, where I live. I went with RED CARPET b/c they had a 5-STAR rating. Not that I had $1000 to spare, but I needed to know that I was going to get my asset back by reputable folks.

I calculated the cost of flying out to CHICAGO to drive the Xterra back...thought about the gas cost, the vacation time needed....28 hours on the road, alone. NO WAY. For about the same cost my Xterra showed up in three days with Tom, my driver.

He always answered his phone and was kind and polite.

My son (in Chicago) is only 22 and said that TOM was kind and helpful on the loading end.

There are really no words to decribe my "broker's" professionalism. Cheryl Phifer was always quick to respond to my emails, texts or calls. She was always extremely kind and made all of my concerns her priority.

I get the feeling that this is very stressful and competitive industry and Cheryl was the most pleasant part of this experience.

Driver Tom was too nice at the delivery end here, in 115 degree Phoenix, soaked in sweat.

He was smiling and energetic.....

I am 100 % satisfied with RED CARPET.
