I was extremely nervous about using an open trailer to transport the car. Jeremiah was very good at answering all my questions and reassuring me and my wife.HE EVEN MATCHED A LOWER QUOTE AND DID HONOR IT......NO HIDDEN CHARGES............ We recently sold a car, car carrier was 2 weeks late and arrived at midnight to load the car.Once it arrived at it its new owner location(RI to LA),which took 4 weeks for a 1200 mile trip AND AN ADDITIONAL 100 MILES, it was extremely damaged and stripped of major components and that carrier insisted that is the way it was received. Lucky I had taken photos of the vehicle only hours before loading and also being loaded. During this shipment we had issues arise with the hired carrier, very poor communication from the driver, late pick up and hanging around for 5 days waiting for another pick up. Jeremiah was on the phone with the driver and resolved the matter and called us directly. The corvette finally arrived at 11PM , again 3 hours and 2 days late. It arrived dirty but was to be expected for an open trailer. It was a wonderful experience unloading the car in the dark after waiting around 6 hrs for him to arrive. WOULD RECOMMEND RECON AND IF MY WIFE EVER LETS ME BUY ANOTHER TOY, I WOULD USE RECON DIRECTLY BUT NOT USE THE CONTACTED CARRIER(ARTDON LOGISTICS) Our issues are with the carrier not RECON.

Marc, Thank you for your patients. You were great to work with. I apologize the carrier didn't live up to the same standards my company has or what we expect from each carrier that we work with. This carrier has been put on the unable to perform list so we don't end up with any future problems. I appreciate the business & look forward to any future business transactions. We don't compensate our customers for ANY reviews they write so please disregard the compensated symbol as this was done in error.
