When I requested a quote they called me and they were so nice but after that I had hard time to catch them on the phone. They always told me: "I will call you in 5 min", and they never did. They do not pick up phones. mail box always full. I was stressing about shipping my car. Joe was so rude. English is my second language and I asked speak slower to me and repeat phone number and he said: " You do not listen" and he hang up on me. That was just so rude. The worst customer service in my life. I was told that my car transport would be $700 but when they came to drop car they said $1000 and cash now or we start charging you $50 a day for storage if you do not have cash now even though on contract says check, money order, debit or credit card.
