Refund

I waited almost 2 weeks and decided to opt out as the hurricane had come through the New Jersey area. I was told I was to be charged $.01 on my card immediatly and when the car was picked I was to be charged $99.99 when the car was picked up. The day after I accepted the contract I was charged the $100. I didn't know it until a week or so later I reviewed my bank account and saw the charge. I called Josh and told him I did not agree to the immediate full 100 dollar charge, he gave me an explination that it shouldn't have charged me right away. I wasn't too worried at the moment as he said he would refund it. A week later I decided to go and pick up the car my self as the cost was going to go up to 7-800 bucks. I picked up the car and when I returned home I checked my account again and no refund had been given. I called Josh again and reiterated "I need my money returned" he said he was honest and the money would be returned in 4 days... 5 days later no refund so I went to my bank and filled an unauthorized payment. I gave the Company plenty of oppurtunity to make it right. There would be no excuse not to return the money or taking the money out prior to the arranged time. I would be leary to use this company as it didn't prove to me to be HONEST.
