Did the online review thing and noticed that many of the carriers are poorly rated; however, this one was not. From my experience, I can clearly see why. Debbie was informative about the overall cost, process, and what my expectations should be. After hearing out my needs, she advised what the best method of transportation would be, including asking about the height of the car off the ground (2 in). Being so low, obviously meant that I had to have a carrier that would accommodate it and be enclosed. Debbie let me know as soon as a driver was available and put me in contact with them. Everything went smooth and the car was delivered early. Great customer service by the dispatch and driver.
