RIM Auto Transport and my experience transporting my vehicle from Ontario to Alberta was the worst experience of my life. They were, late, they kept changing the price, they lied constantly and when my brand new vehicle arrived it arrived with $2000 worth of damage. They accepted responsibity but I had to chase them down for sever months to try and get any payment. I had to call at least twice a day for sever consecutive months to receive a portion of the final payment. In the end, even after they said they would make all payments, they one day just decided to tell me that the well was dry and they were not paying any more. I assume they do not insure their vehicles or why would they make such an issue over it. Nobody ever called me back when they said they would and all I can say is do not use this business no matter how good the price is.
