Having working in transport for 10 years I should have known better, but I trusted this company with my personal car move and wish I hadn't. I booked a little less than a month ago for pickup May 13th from my residence in Quebec, payment was sent via Pay Pal and confirmed received.

On date of pickup I stayed at home all day waiting for the pickup to happen. I tried calling to get an update - the first round of calls left me with voice mail on both the local lines and toll free lines - the second round of calls got me to a customer service agent that assured me that the pickup would be done but she could not give me a time ( it was 2:40 pm and I was told in prior requests it was to be done before 5pm ). At 5pm I tried calling and shockingly got voice mail. I left a message as per their website they are available 24/7 and did not get a call back. At 8:30 pm I decided that they were in this to screw me and sent them an e-mail asking for a full refund, I also proceeded to request a dispute with Pay Pal.... moments after the dispute was sent Richard called to advise he wasn't sure what happened but would speak with the company he brokered my car to on Monday. I do not want the service anymore as I have lost confidence in this company. He advised he would provide me with a full refund but wanted me to remove my dispute on Pay Pal as it can take up to 14 days to get a refund through them.... he proceeded to advise me that he would deposit the fund back into my account on Monday. Through investigation as I've done payments through Pay Pal before I noticed that if I close my dispute I can't re-open it which means if they are not true to their word I lose my $ 1357.21 - Fat chance - I gave them the option to deposit my refund on Monday and then I would close the dispute or that they refund me through Pay Pal and I'll wait the 14 days.

Do not TRUST this company to move your cars.
