I do not recommend RIM to anyone. Please avoid them and you can save yourself from what I had to go through. Customer service is very poor. The care was very late (3 times the quoted time). They do not give accurate information and are incredibly rude when you ask for the compensation you deserve. I have never written a review before, but I was baffled by how I was treated and had to write this.
