As a broker company we used this carrier to transport a Jaguar from Laredo, TX to Marlton, NJ for our client. They damaged her vehicle while in their possession and we have been trying to get this resolved since August 2010, three months ago. Lets begin with the pick up which was late. When the driver called our client for delivery he expected her to meet him at 3am. She asked him to come back in the morning so she felt more comfortable meeting during the day to do the inspection and to feel safe. He said it would cost $100 for him to wait over night even though its the professional and right thing to do. Basically, extorting our client for $100 to do his job. So, she unfortunately met him outside at 3am to do inspection and deliver her Jaguar. She signed the BOL and went inside. After looking over the vehicle the next morning, once it was clean, she realized the car was damaged. The company did except responsibility for the damage and we were told on 4 occasions that the client will be mailed a check or already have been sent one but no compensation has been received still to this day. We found out today that because our client signed the BOL upon delivery that they will not be held responsible even though they know they damaged the vehicle. They are using the BOL as their excuse to not make this right. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
