I really don't know how to add to the previous reports about how BAD REP Transport actually was. I guess I should start by feeling lucky that my vehicle wasn't damaged or anything inside vandalized or stolen. But that was because the driver (Frank) was OK. Our vehicle was allowed to sit for a whole week unprotected in a lot in Jersey City, NJ. Our original transporter, LauraLee at Multitaskers never told us it would be farmed out or gave us the name REP Transport until I needed to drop the vehicle off so I couldn't see their horrible track record here. By-the-way the original pick-up of the vehicle suddenly changed at the appointed time to "we can't come to you so you better bring it to us now" and since I had a flight to catch in less than 12 hours had no choice. I left the vehicle in less than secure surroundings with a sick feeling in my stomach that I'd never see my personal property again. We were originally told it was on it's way immediately and would be in Texas within 5 days. Fine. Then the call avoidances from Multitaskers and REP started. Then the lies when I could reach both of them.

In the end, Gustavo Pena of REP Transport would do nothing but tell his driver that if we didn't pay, they wouldn't give us the keys. No responsibility, no concern for the client, no respect whatsoever. The driver was at least honest telling us he picked up the vehicle one week after we dropped it off. Gustavo was brazen enough to converse in Spanish with his employees - but when my spouse who is Spanish interjected and they realized it, started a fight with us via phone telling my spouse "you have no right to speak to me - this is between me and the person who contracted me." DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!!!! STAY AWAY !!!!!
