Considering some of the horror stories I read while researching car shipping companies, my experience went pretty well with RCG. I did get slightly different information when I spoke to different people in the office. I think the bottom line is that, you need to have some flexibility if you are going to ship your car. I was given a two day window for pickup, but I really needed it picked up during a specific window on the first day and they did their best to accommodate me. Pickup ended up being about 2 1/2 hours later than my preferred time, but could have been worse. The actual truck driver was professional and seemed to have a lot of experience. The driver said that the car would be delivered in 5 days, but made it in 3 days instead. The timeline the driver gave me did differ slightly from the person I talked to in the office, but once again I think you just have to be slightly flexible if you are going to ship a car. I called around for prices from about 10 companies and this was one of the lowest that I was quoted. The car arrived with no damage. I would definitely use this company again.
