I contacted Reliable Carrier Group , when the other broker mentioned that they were not sure about the pick up date even though the other broker had been promising me a guaranteed pickup date for last one month(when I paid the deposit). I had a unique situation that my Toyota Sienna needs to be reached by 23rd June and called Alex with RCG on June 16th afternoon. Alex told me that he would like to get a truck asap.Within an hour he called me and told that truck is available to pick up my van on 17th morning and I paid the deposit( RCG charges deposit only when they find a truck - kinda unique in this business). My Van was picked up on 17th morning by Ricardo and Gerge ( very nice guys) and reached California on 22nd morning. Very happy with the whole process. Will be more than happy to use RCG for the future needs.
