Carl we are very sorry that your vehicle sustained any damages. Every vehicle is fully insured from the time that it is picked up until it is offloaded at its destination. This is why it is very important that when you sign the initial inspection on pick up, that you agree with the damages that the driver notes on the inspection form. Had this damage had been noted on pick up or on delivery we could have assisted you in filing an insurance claim and getting these alleged damages take care of. We were unable to assist because you signed the form on delivery stating that there we no damages to the vehicle.
