I was very worried about shipping my car because of all the bad things I heard about shipping. Chris actually sent me the agreement and the drivers number at the same time. The driver called and told me he would be 45 mins late picking it up which was ok. They were also 1 day late for delivery because he said 6 days when he picked it up.
