In May I sent all of my information in and was given a quote at the time and advised of possible increase by July, 2016. I called the guy on 6/22 to inform him that no one had contacted me. This company rep guy insures me not to worry that I am on their schedule and I will be contacted soon. Keep in mid that the p/u date was July, 5- July, 9, 2016.
So on July 5,6 I call again and the guy was on the way in to office according a his coworker and would call me in 45 minutes. But that the guy was aware and working on my p/u and transport.

I never heard from this guy or office again and today is Saturday, July 9, 2016, 1205.hrs.
Fortunately, there are much better companies/employees out there so take your time before contacting this one. Though I doubt this will ever be read outside the club of transporters.
I would go so far to say not outside of the so called 'Quicken Auto Transport" office.

The real rating is "0" star(s), but they did send me a quote and seriously emailed offers to sign up now for a discount, etc.
Lastly, skip these guys as I almost want to tweet and facebook this company, but the owners (shareholders) may not be aware of ??//

This review is fraudulent and we are working with the administrator of transport reviews to have it removed. It is most likely one of our competitors trying to steer customers away from a reputable company. Please notice that this review is very generic and does not reference names or specific information ie...Valid Order # or Transport agreement. THIS IS NOT OUR CUSTOMER (Please refer to our 5 star ratings for an accurate depiction of our company)
