My mom relocated across country from WA to NJ this 9/2015. In trying to find a company that would be honest, handle my 75 yr old mom (& her car) with care and empathy and without all the BS was nerve-wrecking to say the least. We both called and spoke to Chris DeFilippis, he answered all of my questions and hers as well. He was patient, personable and showed understanding in our situation because all we wanted to be sure her car made it safely and for the price quoted. He did just that! He put my mom's nervousness to rest and made sure he was available whenever we had any questions. This was "THE BEST EXPERIENCE" and I am grateful it and him. I would HIGHLY recommend their services to anyone!! You ROCK Quicken!!
