Only reason I wouldnt give 5-stars is because somehow my battery died on trip across the country and my Thule (luggage carrier) on top of my jeep cracked. I was told that there would be plenty of room for the Thule so I wasn't all that worried, but I knew there was a chance it would be damaged. So ultimately it was basically my fault for shipping it with my Thule, but on the same note I was told that it would have enough room.

Chris from quicken was super helpful and if I could rate him as a contact person he would get 5-stars.

If there is damage to the rack we will help you initiate a claim through insurance for a replacement.
