I had been trying since 12/18/14 to get my car from MA to PA. I got quotes from $220.00 - $770.00. I called the transporter that gave me a quote around $410.00, they said not a problem it is an easy run, pick up in the morning and deliver in the afternoon. I gave them a deposit and he gave me a pickup date of 12/22/14 in an email, I did not pick this date the transportation company did. When I did not hear from the original transporter on 12/22/14 I called them to see what was going on, I got an attitude and he said it is the holiday and they can't find a driver, they were on vacation. I called again after the holiday and still got the same run around. I tried 3 other transportation companies and they also said no problem it is a short run etc.

On Saturday 1/3/15 I was calling around when by accident I called Quicken Auto Transport. Chris DeFilippis answered and he said everything the other transportation companies said. I was so fed-up with the whole situation that I was going to leave the following weekend and go get the car myself. Chris calmed me down and said that he would check on a driver and call me back. He did call me back within 15 minutes saying he left a message with a driver and as soon as he heard back from the driver he would call me. That afternoon Chris called me and had a driver that would pick the car up on Monday and deliver it on Tuesday for $595.00. The driver picked up the car at 4:00 Monday and delivered it 7:00 am on Tuesday and the car was in perfect condition. I wish I had contacted Quicken Auto Transport back in December. I will recommend Quicken Auto Transport and will use them again if I ever need a car transported.

For days after the delivery, I was getting calls from the other transportation companies saying they have finally found a driver. It felt good to tell them the car is already in PA.
