Chris was very helpful and so nice. Explained everything clearly. Great price compared to others for the peak season of travel. .He took the time to follow up on calls and was very patient with the many questions I had. I know there were other companies who quoted higher and said beware of the companies charging lower, but this was a trustful company, honest, no hidden fees and helpful. The driver was very professional. New York is a tricky area to drive and the driver perfected the roads. He went out of his way in the tricky road to make sure he dropped the car at my building rather than me meet him to an easier location. I give the driver credit and he is a hard worker. The dispatcher to the truck company was also nice . Chris stated they deal with only good companies they trust to deliver our cars and that is the truth. Driver kept me inform if running late or bad weather. Communication was great. Overall experience, 100%. I will defiantly stick with this company when transporting my car, which I will use again in the future.
