Unexpected Fee?

Everything was smooth till the day of pick up. Kim called me on that day asking for 100 dollars more. Of course I had to agree to the extra charge because the car was going to be picked up that day. The car got here safe and sound. Just did not like the extra I had to pay.

Of course nobody likes to pay more than expected, but no customer has to agree to pay the carriers price. This customer and every customer has the option of paying that specific carriers premium for their auto transport, or declining the price, and waiting for the next carrier. We called the customer and said, we have a carrier at this price, do you want it? It was never a must.
