John, the owner, is an honest guy (in his dealings with me anyway) and a good communicator. You'll either get him right away when you call, or a call back real quick. This was the first time I've ever tried to ship a vehicle and he patiently explained the whole process and the players. Within 2 days he found a carrier for my 2-car move from VA to CA but it turned into a fateful choice. The carrier (Orbit Auto Transport) was dreadful- see my review of them. John appeared to use what leverage he had to keep the pressure on those losers and I give him 5 stars for effort and for the financial compensation he offered to me as a result of the frustrating move.
