I have never transported a vehicle before. We had a narrow window of opportunity for delivery. The industry is a bit of wild west and requires nerves of steel since you are entrusting a relatively expensive asset to complete strangers - insurance is nice but will not deliver your car when you need it. I, my wife and my daughter shared some tense moments but John saw us through and saved the day. More than once he contacted us if there was a problem. He noticed the day before pickup that the chosen transports company's insurance had expired. He got us a different company and still made deadline. The company that lost the contract thanked me two days later when they realized that John was right and they had somehow without knowing it , let their insurance lapse. Thank you John. Miami Florida
