John was great to work with. He is friendly and easy to talk to. This was my first time at having a car shipped across the country and he was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He was certainly one of the lower priced bids but all of his reviews seemed to be very positive so I was not too nervous to work with him. I had a guy call me and say “don’t choose the lower priced bids because when it’s all said and done they will be as high as or higher than the highest bids”. That might be true with some transport companies but not with Quality US Transport. The only way for his quote to go up was if you paid for the whole thing with a credit card and that would up the quote 3 1/2%. Other than that option, his quote was the cost of the move. I gave John my order and a few hours later, he had a truck all lined up to come and get my car the next day. It was fast, easy, painless, and John did not gouge my wallet. Thanks for the great customer service John! I will only use Quality US Transport from now on.
