The customer service from John was excellent. There was an exceptionally long delay for finding a carrier for my vehicle, but the lower price made it an acceptable thing. Especially since I was not in a hurry. There was a 1 day delay in the projected dedlivery of the vehicle, but the delivery was done well. The trucker that delivered the vehicle (Brian) ran into an exceptional problem in unloading the vehicle, but did a creative job in getting it off of the carrier.
