This was my first time shipping a car. I now feel very educated in how this works, and will do whatever I can to help people avoid shipping with Quality Auto Transport. As this was new for me, I had no idea what I was getting into. I went online, filled out a form with pick up and delivery locations and within seconds had a flood of emails and phone calls that didn't end for three days. At this time, the company I decided to work with gave me a quote and said to wait for a driver to be assigned to we can schedule the pick-up date. About a week later, I was introduced to Quality Auto Transport. (What I still don't understand is why I cannot just deal directly with drivers instead of brokers, but that's a whole different rant for another time...)

I did a quick search for Quality Auto Transport and found transportreviews.com with the extremely poor reviews. I then called my broker and asked why we'd go with such a low rated company, and he indicated that "They have good internal reviews, and those are external. Considering how there are only a few external reviews you can rest assured you'll be okay." That ended up to be the furthest thing from the truth. Ed Pour is a crook. He does not care about you, about letting you know when your car will be picked up, or about letting you know when your car will deliver. He will only call you an hour before and ask "Do you have the money?". I left him nearly 30 voicemails and only ever talked to him on the phone once. That was the call when he asked "are you home and do you have money." If you want to have your car loaded at 11PM when they said they'd be there by noon, to spend days wondering where your car is, to be given numbers for a driver who never picks up his phone and will actively answer and hang up on you, to be given false information for what days they will deliver - first monday, then tuesday, then friday, then have it arrive Saturday - , and to ultimately worry whether or not your car has been stolen, then feel free to work with Quality Auto transport. If you want to avoid this, ask your broker to find another carrier when he's working to assign a company to your shipment.

I AM A REAL PERSON. THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
